"Janjaweed" is the next film that I will be doing. We are shooting in South Africa. The film is about the genocide that is happening in Sudan, in the Darfur region primarily. It is all based on true accounts that are continuing to happen today. The shoot is going well. I shot a scene where I speak Arabic this morning. Some of the extras are actual Darfur refugees. I interviewed one of the ladies who told her story .It was extremely moving, and I will never forget the broken look in her eyes. My awareness of this film has taken on a whole new meaning.

We are releasing "Lime Salted Love" around the world. It will be coming out on DVD in August 2009. It will be distributed worldwide by indicanpictures.com, except for in Japan. Japan picked up the rights some time ago and will be using their own distribution company.
